Project Summary
Starting in a small workshop in 1975 and becoming one of Turkey's most trusted brands in flag production today, Kılıç Bayrak offers not only products but also a stance and understanding of quality with its 45 years of history.
As UIM, we have been shaping the digital face of this long-standing brand since 2020 and designing web platforms that reflect its brand value.

Finally, with the launch of our new-generation website at the beginning of 2025, we have redefined Kılıç Bayrak's identity in the digital realm, honouring its past while focusing on the future.
RESULT
Kılıç Bayrak needed a new website that reflected its corporate prestige and was user-friendly and mobile-compatible.
The goal was to transfer the brand's years of experience to the digital world with a modern narrative, increase accessibility with SEO-friendly content, and offer a stronger digital showcase for domestic and international
corporate demands.

Project Process and Collaboration Approach

45 Years of Craftsmanship, Timeless in the Digital Age
1. Need
Traditional trust, corporate reputation in the digital age.
Founded in 1975, Kılıç Bayrak was a well-established brand that symbolised quality, loyalty and trust in the industry.
However, its digital presence did not reflect this reputation.
The brand needed a platform that would both reach new customers and present its heritage in an aesthetic and functional digital language.
The website had to be more than just a showcase; it had to be an experience that conveyed Kılıç Bayrak's stance and production power.
2. Approach / Process
A 4-week focused digital experience design.
We started the project as UIM at the beginning of 2024 and built an experience that would carry the spirit of the brand into the digital world, not just a website.
The first week was spent conducting corporate analyses on the brand's production capabilities, sectoral history, and target audience.
In the second week, a user-friendly menu structure and content flow were created, and a mobile-first design concept was developed.
In the third week, the content was simplified, and the product descriptions were made simple but emphasised production quality.
In the final week, speed tests, SEO optimisations and the go-live process were completed.
Throughout the design process, a visual language and a technical structure that would maintain Kılıç Bayrak's reputation in the industry were created.
3. Result
Prestigious, simple and in tune with the spirit of the times.
The new website has become a simple yet impressive showcase that reinforces the feeling of trust in Kılıç Bayrak in the digital world.
The mobile user experience has been taken to the next level.
Product groups have been made more accessible.
