From a Passion to a Strong Community: BMW Car Club Turkey's Digital and Technological Transformation
Project Summary
BMW Car Club Turkey is the first official BMW club in Turkey, established by BMW AG and Borusan Otomotiv to bring together individuals who are passionate about the BMW brand.
With a strong 15-year history, this prestigious club has been growing steadily over the past five years by collaborating with UIM on its digital infrastructure and member experience processes.
As UIM, we provided end-to-end solutions to strengthen BMW Car Club Turkey's corporate identity, modernise its experience, and create a
privileged platform for its members in its digitalisation and membership processes.
Starting Point: The Need
In line with the club's growing membership and evolving expectations:
There was a need for a strong, prestigious and user-friendly website.
A technological solution was required to simplify membership processes and give members a sense of physical identity.
New tools had to be developed to make internal club communication and organisation more professional.
The goal was not just a website, but a digital community platform that embodies the BMW spirit and offers an innovative membership experience.

Step 1 — Website Design and Launch
We designed a simple, prestigious and user-friendly website that reflects the history, vision and dynamism of BMW Car Club Turkey.
The steps for learning about the club, following events, contacting the club and obtaining detailed information about the membership process were optimised.
All design and content were created to be fully consistent with BMW's corporate identity standards.
Step 2 — NFC Membership Card System Setup
We set up a digital NFC-based membership card system exclusively for our members.
Each card was programmed with personalised information and integrated into the web system.
Members can easily access their membership information and enjoy club benefits by tapping their card on a smartphone.
Step 3 — NFC Membership Card Design and Production
Minimalist, stylish, and durable NFC membership cards that embody BMW's premium brand spirit were designed and produced.
The BMW colour palette and club identity were incorporated into the card design with special details.
The cards serve as both a physical symbol of loyalty and a mark of prestige.
RESULT
A 70% increase in organic traffic and member engagement was achieved since the website launch.
A 50% faster transaction flow was achieved thanks to digital integration in the membership process.
With NFC card integration, identity verification and access control at events and club-wide organisations started working with 100% accuracy.
The perception of prestige associated with card ownership and club loyalty among members has increased significantly.
In particular, feedback from members and BMW AG representatives has reached a 100% satisfaction level.
